Terms of Service

By accessing or using the coretAIx services available at coretaix.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PT coretAIx ("coretAIx", "we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

coretAIx is an AI-powered tax information tool designed to help individual taxpayers (WP OP) and SMEs (UMKM) in Indonesia understand their tax obligations.

2.1 Services Provided

• AI chat to answer income tax-related questions
• PPh 21 and UMKM tax calculators
• NIHIL status analysis
• Step-by-step SPT filing wizard
• Tax document OCR (Bukti Potong)
• Tax deadline calendar
• Tax knowledge base

2.2 Important Limitations

• coretAIx is NOT an official product of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP)
• coretAIx is NOT affiliated with DJP, the Ministry of Finance, or the Government of the Republic of Indonesia
• coretAIx is NOT a replacement for professional tax consultants
• Information provided is for educational and informational purposes only, NOT official tax advice
• coretAIx does NOT directly file or submit SPT to the DJP Coretax system

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

3.1 Not Professional Tax Advice

All information, calculations, analyses, and recommendations provided by coretAIx are for educational and informational purposes only. This information does NOT constitute professional tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice. For tax decisions with legal and financial consequences, you MUST consult a licensed tax consultant.

3.2 AI May Produce Inaccurate Information

coretAIx uses artificial intelligence (AI) that may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. AI can make mistakes (hallucination). You are solely responsible for verifying all information provided by coretAIx against applicable tax regulations.

3.3 Not Liable for Tax Penalties

coretAIx is NOT liable for any tax penalties, fines, interest, or additional tax obligations arising from the use of information provided by the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax filings to DJP.

3.4 Not Affiliated with DJP

coretAIx is an independent third-party service. coretAIx is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or approved by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, or any government agency. 3.5 User Responsibility for Verification

Users are solely responsible for verifying all information, calculations, and recommendations provided by coretAIx before using them for tax filing. Use of this Service is entirely at your own risk.

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 (seventeen) years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 17 years old.

4.2 Accurate Account Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and when using the Service. Providing false information constitutes a violation of these Terms. Please note that coretAIx does NOT collect or store your NPWP or NIK. The NPWP/NIK checker tool processes data locally and does not save any data to our servers.

4.3 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4.4 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to have only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Service limitations constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the Service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Using the Service for tax evasion or other illegal activities
• Uploading malicious files, viruses, malware, or content that violates the law
• Attempting to access other users’ data or our internal systems
• Using the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure
• Reselling or redistributing access to the Service without our written permission
• Representing coretAIx output as official tax advice or as affiliated with DJP

6.1 Free Tier

• Available indefinitely with feature limitations
• Limitations include: 5 AI questions per day, 3 document uploads, no OCR, no full NIHIL analysis, no SPT wizard, 7-day chat history
• coretAIx reserves the right to change free tier limitations with prior notice

6.2 Pro Tier

• Price: Rp 249,000 (two hundred forty-nine thousand Rupiah) per year
• Renewal price for returning users: Rp 199,000 (one hundred ninety-nine thousand Rupiah) per year
• Valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase
• Includes all features without limitations

6.3 Payments via Lemon Squeezy

• Credit card, debit card, and e-wallet payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record
• Lemon Squeezy handles billing, sales tax (if applicable), and refunds
• For card payment refund requests, please contact our support or directly through Lemon Squeezy

6.4 Cryptocurrency Payments

• Accepted currencies: BTC, ETH, USDT
• 10% discount applies to cryptocurrency payments
• Cryptocurrency payments are verified manually by admin
• Verification time: up to 24 hours after blockchain confirmation
• Verified cryptocurrency payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Cryptocurrency price conversion uses real-time rates from CoinGecko at the time of checkout

6.5 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may auto-renew. You will be notified by email before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings before the renewal date.

6.6 Price Changes

coretAIx reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 (thirty) days prior notice. Price changes do not apply to the current active subscription period.

7.1 coretAIx Ownership

The Service, including but not limited to the user interface (UI), design, source code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and all content created by coretAIx, is the property of PT coretAIx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Data Ownership

You own and retain all rights to the tax data, documents, and personal information you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI (including chat responses, analyses, and recommendations) is provided "as is" for your personal use. AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection under applicable law. You may not represent AI content as professional tax advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

8.1 Maximum Liability Cap

The total liability of coretAIx to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to this Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to coretAIx in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the claim. If you are on the free tier, our maximum liability is zero.

8.2 Exclusion of Liability

coretAIx shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Tax penalties, fines, interest, or additional tax obligations arising from use of the Service
• Late SPT filing or late tax payments
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated information
• Disruptions, downtime, or changes to the DJP Coretax system that are beyond our control
• Data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided by the Service
• Acts or omissions of third parties (Lemon Squeezy, OpenAI, Supabase)

8.3 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless coretAIx, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Data, information, or documents you input into the Service
• Your tax filings based on information from the Service

10.1 Termination by coretAIx

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You use the Service for illegal activities
• You provide false or misleading information
• Required for security or legal compliance reasons

10.2 Termination by User

• You can delete your account at any time through your account settings
• Account deletion will trigger the data deletion process in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Subscription fees already paid are not pro-rated upon account deletion, except during the money-back guarantee period

10.3 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service
• Data deletion follows the schedule set out in the Privacy Policy
• Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall continue to apply

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled through the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Jakarta, Indonesia.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 (thirty) calendar days before filing any claims in court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• In-app notification
• Update to the "Last updated" date on this page

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
